| In 1993, I purchased a home in Sun Lakes and moved from Washington State in 1995 after retiring from Boeing in Seattle. I began selling real estate then and have watched several of the Active Adult Communities being built; Solera and Springfield by Pulte/Del Webb. I have an MBA and in 1996 completed studies for my Graduate Real Estate Institute, GRI, designation.
I am dedicated to making a move easier for my clients. I provide for assistance after the closing with a list of helpful service people, landscapers, painters, repairmen, and others.
I know the Sun Lakes, Springfield, SunBird, Solera Active Adult Communities well. In fact I have lived in Sun Lakes, SunBird and now live in Springfield. I am familiar with Trilogy, and Province also. I have listed and sold real estate in Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa as well as Ahwatukee!
With our beautiful Arizona skies and stars at night, I am an amature astronomer. Most weekends will find me stargazing! I also explore our wonderful state parks and visit observatories.Then there are the archeology sites and museums! I have 15 years in real estate and many happy customers.
