This community of 1200 homes was originally named Springfield Lakes by Pulte, then changed to Solera to signify the area that was 55+ age restricted.   It is off Riggs Road past Gilbert Road in Chandler.  Solera is gated and guarded for your peace of mind. Most homes have a block fence backyard, except for golf course lots.  Pools are allowed although there is a beautiful pool at the club house. And this community is just 30 minutes from Skyharbor Airport.

 To search for homes in Solera, select the city of Chandler, but put in the school area, "adult", that will bring up both Solera and SunBird listings.  Check the listings for Springfield Lakes or Solera.
