 These communities allow one to come for winter from Washington state,  drop in and pick-up tennis, outdoors of course, and swimming.  The Michigan visitor is surprised to find themselves involved in an RV carivan to Mexico with the RV club.  Canadians are playing golf in the many courses.  New friends are easy to meet because most homeowners are from another, usually northern area!
